This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards associated with the unguarded point of operation.   (c) D & S Welding at  48277 249th Street, Sherman, SD 57030:  On or about and at times prior to July 22, 2022, the employer did not ensure that guarding was installed on Hydraulic Press #3 on the outside south working area.  This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards associated with the unguarded point of operation.   (d) D & S Welding at  48277 249th Street, Sherman, SD 57030:  On or about and at times prior to July 22, 2022, the employer did not ensure that adequate guarding was installed on the center shear blade of the Piranha P-50 Iron Worker.
