29 CFR 1910.178(n)(8): Under all travel conditions the truck was not operated at a speed that would have permitted it to be brought to a stop in a safe manner. A) Breitinger Company on or about July 19th, 2022, at the address of 595 Oakenwaldt Avenue, Mansfield OH: The employer did not ensure the operator of the Mitsubishi -FGC25N forklift was traveling at a speed that would facilitate a stop in a safe manner. While traveling in this condition in "building C" employees walking/working in this area were exposed to struck-by hazards.
