29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about July 26, 2022, at jobsite located in Lot 155 Northwind Dr., Sandwich, IL., 60521. Employees performing framing installation  work at a  new residential property were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 9 feet with no fall protection when the employer failed to ensure they were adequately trained to recognize and minimize the hazards associated with fall.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
