Employees are exposed to storage rack system collapse/failure due to vertical support damage that affect the stability of the storage rack system.  The storage rack system vertical supports had deflections from center at approximately 3.5 inches per 10 feet in height.  (b) Storage Warehouse, C Rack:  On August 18, 2022 and times prior, employees use forklifts to load and unload material on the storage rack system.  Employees are exposed to storage rack system collapse/failure due to vertical support damage that affect the stability of the storage rack system.  The storage rack system vertical supports had deflections from center ranging from 1 to 3 inches per 10 feet in height.    (c) Storage Warehouse, F Rack:  On August 18, 2022 and times prior, employees use forklifts to load and unload material on the storage rack system.  Employees are exposed to storage rack system collapse/failure due to vertical support damage that affect the stability of the storage rack system.  The storage rack system vertical supports had deflections from center at approximately 5 inches per 10 feet in height.
