29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.  a- Elevator Tower, 370 Stokes Road, Medford NJ: On or about  08/05/22, a company worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 26 feet to the ground surface below, when working and walking from the top buck of a supported scaffold that was not provided with the required guard rail systems.  At the time of the exposure, this worker was not using a personal fall arrest system as an alternative.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
