29 CFR 1926.701(b):All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) On or about 8/17/2022, at the parking lot area of the site, North Tonawanda, NY. Reinforcing steel (rebars), that were used to control concrete curb elevation, were not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement. Rebars were 5/8-inch round and were 36-inch in height. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
