29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about July 2, 2022 Brookline Builders, LLC., as the controlling employer, did not maintain an effective program to include frequent and regular inspections made by a competent person of the job site, materials, and equipment. Employees of Fast Construction, LLC., a subcontractor, were exposed to fall hazards greater than 24 feet while conducting framing activities in a residential building without the benefit of fall protection systems. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). Brookline Builders, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1551163, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1083 Anker Drive, Erie, CO 80516.
