The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: 11869 Potranco Rd., San Antonio, TX, 78253: On or about August 24, 2022, and times prior thereto, a worker was exposed to a fall hazard while conducting framework on the side of a 3-story apartment building, inside a Genie S-65 boom aerial lift basket without any fall protection.
