29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a. Bldg. 379, second floor housekeeping room/work leader office: A relocatable power tap was mounted on the left hand side desk leg by cable ties. Employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards. b. Bldg. 372 employee lunchroom: A relocatable power tap was plugged into another power strip "daisy chained" which was plugged into an outlet. Employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Building #374 Staff Storage Room: Electrical panel L2 was blocked by plastic shelving and excess housekeeping supplies. Access was restricted in the event of an emergency.
