29 CFR  1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed:  Maintenance Shops: On and/or before November 1, 2023, employee(s) conducted drywall operations, which included replacement, cutting and patch work. Employee(s) wore safety glasses and voluntary use 3M N95 Respirators. The employer did not verify required workplace hazard assessments had been completed with a written certificate. This condition could potentially expose employees to silica, other dust particulate hazards, and/or eye irritation.

29 CFR  1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer:  Maintenance Shops: On and/or before November 1, 2023, employee(s) conducted drywall operations and wore voluntary use 3M N95 Respirators. The employer had not provided the respirator user(s) with the information contained in appendix D which potentially exposed employees to silica and other inhalation hazard(s).

The employer did not have the appropriate safety data sheet accessible for employee(s). Employee(s) were potentially exposed to silica and other inhalation hazard(s).
