29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3):  The employer did not ensure that ladders were not loaded beyond the maximum intended load.   Parts Room:  On and/or before November 1, 2023, two Werner 4-foot A-frame ladders were used for maintenance to access elevated positions. The A-frame ladders used did not have any manufacture data listed for safety requirements nor load limits for employees to identify during inspection and use of ladder. Employees were exposed to the potential of ladder overloading, mechanical failure and/or fall hazard(s).

29 CFR  1910.36(g)(4): Objects that projected into the exit route reduced the width of the exit route to less than the minimum width requirements for exit routes.  Floor 8, Storage Room: On and/or before November 1, 2023, an exit route was not kept free of protruding objects that reduced the minimum width requirements of 28 inches for exit routes. Employees were potentially exposed to limited exit route access.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:   Laundry Facility:  On and/or before November 1, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the compressed air pressure used for cleaning was below 30 pounds per square inch. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to flying debris and air embolism hazards.
