29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 10855 Hayloft Street Parker, CO 80134: On September 2, 2022, and at times prior, employees of Moran Construction Inc. were exposed to fall hazards of 9.7 feet to the ground below, while performing framing operations and joist installation on a residential house without fall protection. The lack of fall protection resulted in hospitalization and broken bones of an employee. Moran Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1592947, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on July 5, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 15842 Little Bluestem Rd, MONUMENT, CO 80132.
