29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: New townhome construction located on Lots #105 - #108 Concord Street, Alpharetta, GA 30009, North gable side of Lot #105: On or about 09/06/2022, the employer exposed an employee to ejection/fall hazards of over 25-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall arrest system was not provided to an employee working from a JLG 600S Aerial Lift Basket engaged in plywood sheathing installation activities.
