29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 901 East Brigantine Avenue, Brigantine NJ - The employer allowed employees to conduct residential building operations approximately 14 feet above the ground without having a fall protection system in place, thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about September 8, 2022.
