29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system: a.) 3 Truman Road, Berlin NJ 08009: Employees working, approximately 10 feet above the ground on a 4:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not implement fall protection system for the employees. The condition was observed on or about September 08, 2022.
