29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 Morley Avenue, Medford NJ: Company workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 20 feet 1 inch to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched roofs without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 09/14/22.
