29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii):Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: On or about September 9, 2022 at the 1212 Main Street Construction Project, two employees were working from an aerial lift using personal fall protection systems that were not rigged to prevent contact with lower levels. Tactical Construction Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.502(d)(5)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1482136, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on October 5 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2 Washington Avenue in New Haven, CT 06519.
