29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a) Lot#35 Currant Circle Loganberry Development, Barney Jenkins Road, Magnolia, DE 19962: On or about September 20, 2022, CSHO observed two employees walking and working along a framed wall of a residential construction project over 10 feet above ground without any fall protection. The competent person or crew leader was working along side with other employees whom didn't recognize the hazards they were exposed to on site. The competent person did not perform frequent inspections of the work site or the materials.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Lot #35 Currant Circle, Loganberry Development, Barney Jenkins Road, Magnolia, DE 19962: On or about September 20, 2022, CSHO observed two employees exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet above a graded surface without any means of fall protection while they performed framing operations on a single-family residential construction. VF Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1558359, citation number 1 , Item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on July 6, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 37063 Road 351, Ocean View, DE 19970.

VF Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1558359 citation number 1 , item number 5-a and was affirmed as a final order on 7/6/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 37063 Road 351, Ocean View, DE 19970.
