Kea Way, Lewes, DE 19958 (Rear Yard), six employees worked on site to conduct framing operations and were exposed to multiple hazards including but not limited to struck by/caught in hazards, when working on and underneath the wood truss construction held up by an inadequate temporary ground shoring.
