29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) 501 South 9th St., Columbia, PA 17512 - Employees were performing roofing work on a steeply sloped roof, approximately 18 to 20 ft. above grade, without utilizing any means of  fall protection, on or about September 23, 2022.  b) 501 South 9th St., Columbia, PA 17512 - Employees were working on a low sloped roof, approximately 8 to 10 ft. above grade, without utilizing any means of  fall protection, on or about September 23, 2022.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
