29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section. a) 18004 Dave Anne Circle, Stewartstown, PA 17363 - Employees were observed working on the second floor near the edge of a large opening, 11 feet 1 inch above the lower level, with utilizing any means of fall protection, on or about September 7, 2022. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
