Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways shall be appropriately marked.  a) On or about September 21, 2022, the employer did not adequately mark aisleways to separate pedestrian workers from forklift traffic in areas such as but not limited to the Grinds room in that a pedestrian employee was hit by a forklift (Model: J35XNT Serial #: K160N07782S) while working.
