29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a- Second Floor, 900 Main Street, Belmar NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 12 feet 1 inch to the ground surface below, when working at and near the unprotected edges of a commercial structure's second floor without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 10/07/22.
