29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a - 9 Ashborn Lane, Medford NJ: While engaged in floor sheathing and installing guard rails on a residential structure's second floor, a company worker was exposed to fall hazards, of approximately 13 feet 1 inch to the concrete flooring below, when they were walking and working next to unprotected floor edges without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 05/18/23. b - 11 Ashborn Lane, Medford NJ: While engaged in floor sheathing and other related activities, company workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet 3 inches to the concrete flooring below when walking and working next to an unprotected floor opening while not using fall protection. Condition noted on or about 05/18/23.
