Condition noted  on or about 05/18/23.  b - 11 Ashborn Lane, Medford NJ:  While engaged in floor sheathing and other related activities, company workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet 3 inches to the concrete flooring below when walking and working next to an unprotected floor opening while not using fall protection.  Condition noted  on or about 05/18/23.
