St., Philadelphia, PA.- On or about May 17, 2023, the employer did not initiate or maintain an accident prevention program to address the associated hazards that employees are exposed to during framing activities, such as but not limited to fall hazards.

St., Philadelphia, PA. - On or about May 17, 2023, the employer did not provide a training program for each employee conducting framing activities on a residential building and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 23 feet in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).   a) Jobsite located at 1801-05 N. 2nd. St., Philadelphia, PA.- On or about May 17, 2023, the employer did not ensure that an employee conducting framing activities from the 3rd level of a residential construction building, approximately 8 feet above the lower level, was protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.  b) Jobsite located at 1801-05 N. 2nd. St., Philadelphia, PA.- On or about May 17, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing activities from the 2nd level of a residential construction building, approximately 15 feet above the ground level, were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.  c) Jobsite located at 1801-05 N. 2nd. St., Philadelphia, PA.- On or about May 26, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing activities from the 3rd level of a residential construction building, approximately 23 feet above the ground level, were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.
