29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).  Location: 109 Chase Road, Marlborough, MA;  On or about 09/09/22, Greater Boston Roofing Corp, as a controlling employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job site were performed by a competent person.  As a result, subcontractor employees of Loja General Construction, Inc. were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 17 feet above a lower level.
