Unit 7 Wheatfield Vista, Lancaster, PA -  The Porch Roof - On or about October 18, 2022, employees were accessing the roof by means of extension ladders for the purpose of installing shingles on a multilevel single-family house without the use of fall protection. The ladders were not extended 3 feet above the landing and employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
