29 CFR  1910.269(l)(3)(iii):The employer did not ensure that no employee approached or took any conductive object closer to exposed energized parts than the employer's established minimum approach distance, unless provisions described in (l) (3) (iii) (A) - (C) were followed.  a.  Pole A-4, 9187 Woolmarket Rd., Biloxi - On or about October 13, 2022, a lineman was within the minimum approach distance while measuring a jumper for a single phase primary powerline.  The lineman was exposed to an electrical shock and arc flash hazard.
