29 CFR  1926.303(b)(1): Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care, and Protection of abrasive wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section.   Inside Unit 8126: A Makita angle grinder was used to cut plumbing pipes without a guard. Employees were exposed to amputation hazards.
