29 CFR  1910.1030(c)(2)(i)(C):  The exposure determination did not include a list of all tasks and procedures or groups of closely related tasks and procedures in which occupational exposure occurs and that are performed by employees in job classifications listed in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(2)(i)(B):  Ridgecrest Field Office:  On and before October 17, 2022, and at times prior to, employees were assigned and conducted tasks and procedures which occupational exposure occurred and were performed based on the employee's job classifications such as law enforcement agents.  The employer had not created a list of all tasks and/or procedures with occupational exposure.  Employees were potentially exposed to Hepatitis B and/or HIV.

29 CFR  1910.1025(d)(2):  An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level:  Range operations: Weapon Qualifications:  On and before October 17, 2022, and times prior to, employees participated and instructed in fire arms qualifications on an outdoor range as well as conducted firearm weapon cleaning operations using ammunition which contained lead.  The employer had not conducted initial sampling or monitoring determination of lead exposure during these operations to determine if employees may be exposed at or above the action level for lead.  The employees were exposed to reproductive and central nervous system hazards.

Employees were not informed of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025.  Employees were exposed to reproductive and central nervous system hazards.
