Employees were allowed to work at a lower level without hard hats where framing activities continued to be performed from above.

Jhony's Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1482340, citation number 1, item number 2and was affirmed as a final order on 07-29-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 12515 Long Street, Overland Park, KS.
