29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the jobsite located at 17648 Haskins Overland Park, KS 66013, on the back side of the roof, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet from the working surfaces to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.  a) Two of the employees in black and gray shirt working from the edge without fall protection, exposed to 18 feet fall hazard. b) One of the employees in red shirt working from the edge without fall protection, exposed to 10 feet fall hazard.   Jhony's Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1630261, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1-5-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 17201 W 170th Terr, Olathe, KS.  Jhony's Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1482340, citation number 1, item number 2and was affirmed as a final order on 07-29-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 12515 Long Street, Overland Park, KS.
