Allegheny Wood Works, Inc.; East Wall; Zone A - On or about 11/10/22 and at times prior thereto, the area in front of an electrical panel box was used for storage. The items stored in front of the panel box included, but was not limited to, pieces of wood and a 55 gallon cardboard drum. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Allegheny Wood Works, Inc.- On or about 11/10/22 and at times prior thereto, a housekeeping program was not established to address the frequency of cleaning the wood dust. Dust accumulations were noted on the floor, lights, duct work and ceiling beams.
