29 CFR  1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service:  (a) On or about November 29, 2022,  employees operated forklifts on the first and second work shifts without inspecting the forklifts before use. Specifically, forklifts not inspected prior to use were, but not limited to, Yale ForkT-44 (Model No. ERP040VTN36TE082 & Serial No. G807N03982K), Yale ForkT-48 (Model No. ERP040VTN36TE08L & Serial No. G807N04058K), and Lindle - Stand up (Model No. R16N & Serial No. P21120Y02753-2021).
