29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On or about November 28, 2022, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 18 feet from an upper roof to the ground while working without fall protection. b) On or about November 28, 2022, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 10 feet from an upper roof to a lower roof while working from the upper roof without fall protection. AG General Construction Services, PLLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1506182, citation 1, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on January 6, 2022, with respect to a worksite located at 501 Kenilworth Ave., Kenilworth, Illinois. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
