Employee(s) were potentially exposed to electrical shock and/or fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling  On and/or before December 20, 2022 multiple appliances such as microwaves, coffee makers and space heaters were plugged into relocatable power taps and/or "daisy chained" in which were not used according to listing and labeling instructions. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazards.  In the following locations: a) 1st floor production control office b) 2nd floor supervisor's office c) 2nd floor Break room  The California Army National Guard was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1544767, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 12, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 11302 Independence Road Bldg. 279, Los Alamitos, CA. 90720.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage  Maintenance Main Office:  On and/or before December 15,2022 the employer did not ensure at least 3 feet in front of the electrical panel and switch box was clear. The circuit breaker panel had a cabinet, box, and Christmas reef  obstructing the panel. This condition interferes with access and immediate shutdown of a circuit in the panel, particularly in the event of an emergency.  This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s).
