29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals: Drip Pan Room: Employee(s) used petroleum based chemical products such as oil for maintenance of military vehicles. The employer did not ensure secondary containers used containing chemical products were labeled with the product name to include specified elements such as pictograms, signal words, hazard(s) and precautionary statements. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to nasal and respiratory irritation, skin dermatitis and/or eye irritation.
