29 CFR 1910.159(c)(10):The minimum vertical clearance of 18 inches between automatic sprinkler systems sprinklers and the material below was not maintained: (a) On or about 12/27/2022, and times prior, Florida CirTech Inc. did not ensure that its employees were protected from hazard associated with fire and smoke inhalation in that, materials stored in the storage area and office space were not kept at least 18" below the horizontal plane created by the automatic sprinkler heads in those rooms.

29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about 12/27/2022, and at times prior, Florida CirTech Inc did not protect it's employees from hazards associated with inadequate access to an emergency eyewash/shower station, in that access was partially blocked by materials being stored temporarily in the area. . Employees work with proprietary corrosive materials including but not limited to OS-902 and OS-987.
