29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents:  a) Residential construction located on Lot 42-E  Encore Walk, Norcross, GA 30093, Second level top plate: On or about 12/27/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns at 120 PSI, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees operating these tools.

29 CFR  1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:   a) Residential construction located on Lot 42-E Encore Walk, Norcross, GA 30093, Ground level adjacent to garage: On or about 12/27/2022, and at times prior, the employer failed to inspect electrical cords prior to the start of the shift, in that multiple extension cords had torn, frayed and damaged components exposing employees to electric shock and burn hazards.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) Residential construction located on Lot 42-E Encore Walk, Norcross, GA 30093, Second floor top plate: On or about 12/27/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20-feet, 6-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roof truss installation activities.
