29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:  a) At lot 531, Cresswinds subdivision Hoschton, GA: On or about 2/14/20024 where the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 9-feet, 2-inches where the workers were observed climbing the wooden framework for access and egress to the upper level for truss installation activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) At lot 531, Cresswinds subdivision Hoschton, GA, on or about 2/14/2024, Top plate: The employer fails to ensure that the framers aloft utilize a fall protection system when exposed to fall hazards of 9-feet, 2-inches while the crane is flying up the trusses for installation.

29 CFR  1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  a) At lot 531, Cresswinds subdivision, on or about 2/14/2024 the employer exposed employees to 120V electrical shock and burn hazards in that the red/black extension cord powering the Makita 5007F 10-inch circular saw, S/N 453105 did not have effective strain relief and the outer jacket was cut in multiple locations.  Rivera's Framing & Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.403(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1641562, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/8/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 42-E Encore Walk, Norcross, GA 30093, Ground level adjacent to garage.
