29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Front side of the structure: On or about January 20, 2026, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 10ft from the eave to the lower level, in that the employer did not ensure fall protection was utilized by the employees engaged in framing activities.   Rivera's Framing & Construction, Inc was cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1728474, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 05/01/2024, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 531 Cresswinds subdivision  Hoschton GA 30548.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(4):Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:  a) Front side of the structure: On or about January 20, 2026, employees were exposed to fall hazards, in that the employer allowed the employees to use an a-frame ladder incorrectly while installing framing material on the second level of the residential structure.
