1926.20(b)(2) The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying exist(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY THE HAZARDOUS CONDITION AND THE DEFICIENT ACTION) (a) On or before January 4, 2023, the employer did not provide guardrail systems or fall protection where work was being conducted on an unprotected edge. Employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet while accessing the top of the foundation wall.
