Dollar General was previously cited for a willful serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1550484 citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2912 N McCay Dr., Mobile, AL 36606.   Dollar General was previously cited for a willful serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1468409 citation number 2 item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on September 4, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 450 Nashua Road, Dracut, MA 01826.
