29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3): Exits routes were not maintained to provide free and unobstructed access:  (a) The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent fire and entrapment hazards as demonstrated on or about February 7, 2023, at 600 Main Street Dunseith, ND, in the back stockroom, where employees work and retrieve the merchandise. The emergency exit door and exit routes and paths were obstructed by store merchandise, roll-tainers, and U-boats, impeding direct means of egress for employees in the event of an emergency. To abate this violation, the employer must ensure that all emergency exit routes are kept unobstructed and free from products to ensure a safe walkway for employees to exit the emergency exit door in case of an emergency.  Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a serious willful violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1550627, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 10100 Airport Blvd, Mobile, AL.   Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a serious willful violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1555839, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 11, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1748 US Route 1, Sullivan, ME.   Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a serious repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1551005, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 21, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1288 Beaverdale Rd NE, Dalton, GA.   Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a repeat other than serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1565904, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 12, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 37 Oakland Road, Berkley Springs, WV.    Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a repeat serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1507692 citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 10, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 312 S. Hwy. 27/441, Lady Lake, FL.  Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a repeat serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard
