29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: At 243 Albacete Road, Saint Augustine, Florida: On or about January 9, 2023, on the second floor, the employer exposed framing employees installing floor joists to an 8-foot fall hazard in that they were not protected by a fall protection system. The P&S Services Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1496971, Serious citation number 2, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a Final Order on March 21, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 58 Lob Wedge Lane, Bunnell, Florida 32210.
