29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): A Circular handfed crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which met all the requirements of paragraph (c)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws. a) Production area, Mack Studios, Inc., 5500 Technology Park Blvd., Auburn, NY 13021, on or about 1/12/2023 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to point of operation hazards while operating a Powermatic crosscut table saw. Mack Studios, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1311482, citation number 1, item number 3c and was affirmed as a final order on 8/29/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 5500 Technology Park Boulevard, Auburn NY, 13021.
