29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: Aqueduct Retaining Wall: The area around the top of an A-frame ladder used by employees to enter and exit the aqueduct was cluttered with construction debris including rebar and form work with protruding bolts. Employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards.
