29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. Sidewalk: Employees wore cloth gloves and used their bare hands while working with Portland cement. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards. Paramount Builders Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.28(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1340745, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 18, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at Fagaima Village, Pago Pago, American Samoa.
