29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: Sidewalk in front of the temple: Employees working with Portland cement to build the sidewalk were not wearing gloves. Employees were exposed to chemical burn hazards. Paramount Builders Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.28(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1663619, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 07, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at Tafuna Industrial Park, Pago Pago, American Samoa. Paramount Builders Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.28(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1663438, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 07, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at the retaining wall project in Poloa Village, American Samoa.
