29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. Fence, southwest corner: An employee hammering and removing nails from the cement form was not wearing eye protection. The employee was exposed to eye injuries. Paramount Builders Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1339142, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 26, 2018 with respect to a workplace located at the Manumalo Academy Malaeimi Village, Pago Pago, American Samoa.
